Starting Over Again

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start up my own place again, it is not always easy on your own. I know I have great clients, the best really, they told me they would find me wherever I go and they did! I had been working at A Better You for years and at first I really liked it there, but I didn’t like how the owner treated my coworkers, like they were all replaceable. My friends would leave and with good reason. I decided I couldn’t stay there any longer either. I thought about working somewhere else, another spa, but the idea that I might be working for someone like my old boss did not appeal to me, it was time to start my own little place again, just me, just my place.

I had a friend that was renting at the My Salon Suites and she recommended the place, they had one room open. I came to give it a looksee and it was all I needed to start. I rented a room and got it ready for my vision of my spa room. It’s perfect for what I need right now. I might move to a bigger place later but this gives we a community of people/friends in the building and allows me to be my own boss again. I feel happy and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. This place has good energy.

Although I am just starting and things are slow, I have no doubt that they will be picking up in the next couple of months and I will be booking up again. So hears to the future of Out of the Blue Massage Therapy!
